Sepsis is a life-threatening reaction to an infection. It can be difficult to spot, but it requires urgent medical attention.
⚠️ Symptoms of sepsis in adults may include:
- Slurred speech or confusion.
- Extreme shivering or muscle pain.
- Passing no urine (in a day).
- Severe breathlessness.
- Skin that’s mottled or discoloured.
