In our PCN, the paramedic offers a same day or next day assessment for practice patients who need a non-urgent home visit or patients in a PCN managed care home.
To request a home visit, contact your GP surgery reception, stating the reason why you would like to be seen and the best telephone number to call you on and an appointment will be arranged.
