About these resources
These resources were created by Carrie Eckersley, HCPC Registered Dietitian and First Contact Dietitian (FCD), as part of ongoing work to support patients with digestive symptoms in primary care.
Both the app and podcast are designed to support understanding and self-management and do not replace medical advice from a healthcare professional.
