National Social Prescribing Day Event
Join us on 25th & 26th March 2026 at your local surgery as we celebrate National Social Prescribing Day across our surgeries. Our PCN Social Prescribers will be available for patients to speak to about the many community services and support available locally that can help improve health and wellbeing.
You’ll also have the chance to meet some of the organisations we work closely with, including:
- NEA – support with energy advice and reducing fuel costs.
- Beat the Cold – help with keeping warm and safe at home.
- Connect to Work Programme – support with finding or returning to employment.
- Reaching North Staffordshire – opportunities to get involved in community activities.
- Micro Providers – connecting people with local care and support services.
- North Staffordshire Carers – support for unpaid carers.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the support available in your community and speak directly with local organisations.
