Calm Your Baby and Little Humans – Reassuring Support for Parents

Becoming a parent can feel overwhelming, particularly when your baby is crying frequently, struggling with feeds, bringing milk back up or simply not behaving in the way you expected.

Our PCN Dietitian, Carrie Eckersley, created the Calm Your Baby podcast series to offer clear, practical and reassuring information during the early months. The short episodes help parents understand common concerns including reflux, colic, unsettled behaviour, feeding difficulties, suspected cow’s milk protein allergy and straining to poo.

The aim is not to give parents another list of rules to follow. It is to help you understand what may be happening, what is normal, what might help and when your baby needs further medical support.
