We’re excited to share that Approach Dementia Carer Support & Advice is hosting monthly sessions at Talke Pits Village Hall.
These sessions are designed to provide support, advice, and guidance for those who care for loved ones living with dementia.
If you’re interested in attending, here’s what you need to do:
Confirm with the surgery that you are a carer for someone living with dementia.
Our PCN Practice Coordinators will then be in touch in due course with full details and an invitation to the sessions.
